1. Provider Rules & Responsibilities
• When you make a reservation, you're also accepting the individual terms set by the travel provider (such as cancellation guidelines, rental conditions, or potential extra fees).
• Violating any of these provider rules may result in your reservation being canceled without eligibility for a refund.
• Any agreement for accommodations, transportation, or rentals is directly between you and the service provider—we are not a party to that contract.
• We are not involved in resolving disputes between users and providers and are not accountable for provider conduct, listing accuracy, or legal compliance.
2. Booking Confirmation
• Once your reservation is finalized, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining the service details and total cost.
• If you don’t receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
3. Payment Terms
Pricing & Charges:
• The rate displayed at the time of booking is the amount you’ll pay, except in cases of clear pricing mistakes.
• Travel prices may vary, but confirmed bookings are typically unaffected by future changes.
How Payments Are Handled:
• Payments are securely processed via authorized third-party providers.
• Always use the payment methods available on our platform. Using external payment channels is a breach of our Terms.
Verification Requirements:
• To enhance transaction security, we or our partners may verify your payment method before confirming your booking.
Bank Fees & Currency Exchange:
• Your bank may apply currency conversion or international processing fees, for which we are not responsible.
• The total price and currency will be shown clearly before you complete payment.
Service Charges:
• A service fee may be applied to your booking, typically as a percentage of the total cost. This will be disclosed prior to checkout.
Taxes:
• Your booking may include applicable local, service, or occupancy taxes, depending on your destination.
Alternative Payment Methods:
• We may offer options like installment payments through third-party providers. These services are external and not managed or endorsed by us.
Fraud & Security:
• Any suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in booking cancellations or account restrictions. We reserve the right to investigate and pursue legal action where necessary.
4. Changes or Cancellations
If You Need to Cancel or Modify:
• Changes or cancellations are only possible if permitted under the provider’s policy.
• Refund eligibility will follow the provider’s stated rules.
• Our service fee will only be refunded if a full refund is issued by the provider.
Involuntary Cancellations:
• We may cancel a reservation if required by legal obligations or non-payment. We’ll do our best to help you arrange a replacement booking.
Refunds:
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method in the same currency used. Timing and conversion rates depend on your bank.
• We are not responsible for bank charges or fees that may be incurred during refund processing.
Travel Requirements:
• You’re responsible for ensuring you meet all passport, visa, and travel documentation requirements. If you're denied entry or boarding, we are not liable.
• Some destinations may require passenger data to be collected. Please check with your airline or local embassy.
International Travel Advisory:
• We do not make any guarantees about the safety or advisability of traveling to specific international locations. Travel at your own risk and discretion.
